Welcome to Love You So Studios! We’re committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.
Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: All standard orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: If available, estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and will ship after the pre-order window closes and production is complete.

Estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page.

If you place an order containing both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will ship once all items are available. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your pre-order ships.
Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
Domestic & International Shipping

U.S. Orders: We currently ship across all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses.

International Orders: Shipping outside the U.S. is available in select regions. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for these fees.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or weather conditions.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen: Love You So Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at studios@loveyousostudios.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
